q•Hot Taq Kits include q•Hot Taq which is a chemically modified Hot Start DNA Polymerase, 10X reaction buffer B1 or B2, 25mM MgCl2, and 10X Enhancer for GC-rich PCR. q•Hot Taq has 5’->3’ DNA polymerase activity, 5’->3’ exonuclease activity, and generates PCR products with 3’-dA overhangs.
