q•Taq is a thermostable DNA polymerase. Due to its genetic modifications q•Taq has an enhanced stability at ambient temperature. The enzyme has 5’-> 3’ polymerization-dependent exonuclease replacement activity but lacks 3’-> 5’ exonuclease activity.
